Kendarius Floyd is a dedicated communications professional with a Master’s in Communication and a Bachelor’s in Public Relations & Advertising from the University of South Alabama. He currently serves as a Communications and Government Relations Specialist for the Alabama Office of Minority Affairs, where he supports resource-limited communities by addressing gaps in workforce development, education, health equity, and civic engagement. With experience in public policy, strategic messaging, and community outreach, Kendarius is passionate about leadership, service, and using communication to drive meaningful change.
