Dr. Duvalier J. Malone is an educator, author, entrepreneur, civic leader, and host of
the Those Who Give a Damn podcast. A native of Fayette, Mississippi, his work has been shaped by his own journey from
growing up in a small rural community to building a career centered on education, leadership, public service, and creating
opportunities for others. Dr. Malone holds a Ph.D. in Urban Leadership and Entrepreneurship and has spent his career working
at the intersection of leadership, education, public policy, and community impact. He is the author of several books, including
Those Who Give A Damn, and has spoken to students, educators, community leaders, and organizations about leadership, civic
engagement, entrepreneurship, and finding purpose. At the heart of his work is a simple belief: leadership does not begin with
a title. It begins when people decide that what happens in their community matters enough for them to do something about it.
