Emmanuel Jackson is the Founder and CEO of Evanston Technology Partners (ETP), a Chicago-headquartered technology firm building enterprise-grade AI and cybersecurity solutions for clients in the United States and across Africa. ETP’s flagship product, LIAM, is an AI-native cybersecurity platform validated through both the AWS Marketplace and Anthropic’s Commercial Verification Program — putting a Black-founded Chicago company at the frontier of AI-powered security.
Emmanuel’s work is driven by a simple conviction: talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not. Through his DM2DM initiative, ETP is building digital talent pipelines connecting Chicago to Zimbabwe, Botswana, and Mozambique, with signed partnerships aiming to train 10,000 learners in AI, cybersecurity, data, and cloud technologies. Closer to home, his Ancestral Math and Southshore Math Accelerator programs connect Chicago students to the deep African roots of mathematics — proving that the history of innovation belongs to them, too.
